Your plan allows you to consult with the Telehealth provider of your choice – a provider who best fits your needs and the needs of your family.
You will be reimbursed for the cost of your Telehealth visit for all eligible charges. Please review the disclaimer below carefully if you are enrolled in an HSA compatible medical plan.*
How to Submit for
Reimbursement
To get reimbursed for your TeleHealth visit, please provide the following information:
- Receipt or invoice showing the service rendered and dollar amount you paid for telehealth services.
- Full name of the person who received services as shown on the visit receipt.
- Member ID of the person who received services.
- Date of service of the telehealth visit.

* Reimbursement is subject to plan benefits. Telehealth services must be rendered for eligible services under your
plan to be eligible for reimbursement. If you have an HSA plan, reimbursement will be subject to your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum until both are met. Please submit your visit information to Allied to have the amount paid towards your visit applied to your deductible and out-of-pocket maximums.
